Fluffy eggs, smoked ham and melty cheese—what could be better? Serve this classic breakfast bake the next time you’re hosting brunch.

This recipe is made with Jones Boneless Ham.

Family Ham Half
ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cup green pepper, chopped
12 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
9 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Dainty Ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Generously grease 11x7-inch baking dish.

In medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until just soft.

In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper; beat well. Stir in cubed ham, 1/2 cup cheese, onion and peppers; mix until well combined. Pour mixture into greased baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are just set, stirring twice while baking. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese; let stand for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve warm.

This dish is very good. Everyone enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend others to try this dish as well. It is not complicated at all to assemble.
