Packed with Canadian Bacon, smoked ham and savory breakfast sausage, this hearty quiche takes just 15 minutes to prep.

This recipe is made with Jones Ham Steaks.

7 oz Ham Steak
ingredients
1 single crust pie dough (homemade or store bought)
6 large eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 small red onion, diced and sautéed
4 slices Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon, chopped 
1/2 cup Jones Dairy Farm Ham Steak, diced
1 cup Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown Sausage Links, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425˚F.

Press dough into deep dish pie plate, pork fork holes into crust and bake for 10 minutes. Remove crust from oven and set aside. Turn oven down to 350˚F.

While pie crust bakes, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

In cooked pie crust layer sautéed onions, Canadian Bacon, ham steak, sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture over top.

Bake for 50-55 minutes or until center is set and toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
