Mix the burger ingredients in a bowl and shape into 5 thin patties. Heat a skillet or cast-iron pan over medium heat. Add the burgers and cook for 4–5 minutes, or until cooked through. Top each burger with a slice of Swiss cheese and cook until melted, then remove from heat.

Mix together the dijonnaise ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the Canadian bacon and cook for about 1 minute, turning the slices as needed. Toast the burger buns.

Assemble the burgers by spreading the dijonnaise on each bun, layering next with the burger, crispy Canadian bacon, and a handful of mixed greens. Serve immediately.
