

Greek Sausage Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (12 inch) prepared pizza crust
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped and divided
- 1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 roasted red pepper, cut into thin slices
- 1 (16 oz.) Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
Directions
Preheat oven according to pizza crust package directions.
In medium skillet, cook sausage according to package directions until browned and cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks. Set aside.
Place pizza dough on baking sheet or pizza stone and brush with olive oil; sprinkle mozzarella cheese over crust evenly. Top with 1/4 cup dill, followed by artichokes, kalamata olives, red onion, red peppers, sausage and feta cheese.
Bake pizza according to the package instructions. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining dill and serve.
