1 (5 oz.) box | Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown Turkey Sausage Links |
1 cup | All-purpose flour |
1/2 cup | Plain yogurt |
1/2 cup | Milk |
2 | Eggs |
2 tablespoons | Butter, melted |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | Baking powder |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
Pinch of salt |

Directions
Cook the Jones Dairy Farm Thick-Cut Sausage Patties or Links according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, make your pancake batter. Mix flour, yogurt, milk, eggs, butter, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and salt in a medium bowl. Mix just until combined.
Heat skillet or griddle over medium heat. Melt additional butter in pan.
To make mini sausage pancakes, cut Turkey Links cut into bite-sized pieces, coat each piece with batter and cook on both sides until golden.
To make full size sausage pancakes, add a little batter to a warmed pan coated with butter, add a patty, then more batter on top. Cook through on both sides.
Serve with additional butter and maple syrup as desired.
