homemade or store-bought pizza dough

1/4 cup

olive oil

freshly shredded mozzarella cheese

1/3 -1/2 cup

pizza sauce

1/3 cup

shredded parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish

fresh oregano and thyme, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place an oven rack on the bottom third of the oven. Make sure your pizza dough is at room If it’s not, let the dough sit out until it is. This will help the dough stretch.
