- Finished with Jones Raw Diced Bacon and a hot honey drizzle.

Chef’s Note
The butter board format works best for brunch service when components are prepped in stages. Render the bacon dice fully, pull it, and let it drain on a rack — not paper towels — to hold its crispness through service. The hot honey drizzle should go on last, just before the board hits the table, to keep the bacon from softening.
For volume prep, the whipped butter base holds well refrigerated for two days; board assembly takes under two minutes per order.
