What meat products does Jones offer for restaurants and commercial kitchens?
What allergens do Jones Dairy Farm products contain?
Jones products do not add any of the Top 9 Allergens identified by the USDA including milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, wheat, sesame, and soy. They are produced in a nut-free and gluten free facility.
Scrapple is the only exception, which contains wheat and is manufactured in a separate facility.
Is Jones Dairy Farm bacon dry aged?
Yes. Jones Dairy Farm’s Cherrywood and Hickory Smoked Bacon lines are dry aged, a process that removes excess moisture and concentrates flavor for a richer, more authentic bacon taste. Unlike many commercial bacon producers that brine chill their bacon, Jones air chills its bacon after smoking — resulting in a cleaner flavor, better yield, and less shrinkage during cooking.
How do I submit a rebate?

Does Jones offer guaranteed piece counts on sausage products?
Yes. Jones Dairy Farm Sausage and Meatballs ship with a guaranteed piece count, giving commercial operators reliable portion control, simplified menu planning, and more predictable food costs. It’s one of the ways Jones takes the guesswork out of back-of-house operations.
Are Jones foodservice products Certified Gluten-Free?
Nearly all Jones foodservice products are Certified Gluten-Free, independently verified to meet strict gluten-free standards. Two exceptions apply: our fully cooked pre-sliced bacon does not contain gluten but has not been through the certification process. Scrapple is the only Jones product that contains gluten. All other Jones foodservice products, including our full sausage lineup, Canadian bacon, ham, meatballs, and bacon slab, carry the Certified Gluten-Free designation.
