Ingredients
- 1 pound Jones Dairy Farm Half Slab Cherrywood Smoked Bacon, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/3 cup hot honey
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chili crisp
Directions
Heat oven to 325°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Mix hot honey, brown sugar and chipotle powder in a large bowl. Add bacon cubes and toss to coat.
Arrange bacon cubes evenly on baking sheet. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer bacon to a large bowl. Add chili crisp and toss to coat. Serve warm.
