Small Cloves Garlic, minced

Cayenne Pepper

3 cups (12 oz) 

Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1/2 cup 

Pimientos, diced, well drained

12 (1.5 ounce) 

Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooked Sausage Patties 

12 (3-inch wide) 

Buttermilk Biscuits, split, lightly toasted


Fried Eggs, sunny-side up


  1. For pimiento cheese spread, combine mayonnaise, garlic and cayenne pepper; mix well. Stir in cheese and pimientos; mix well. Refrigerate at least 30 minute or up to 3 days.

  2. To serve, cook sausage patties on flat top grill for 2 minutes per side or until browned and heated through. Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons of pimiento cheese spread over each half of toasted biscuit. Place sausage patty on bottom of biscuit, top with fried egg and biscuit top.
