These Hot Honey Sausage Biscuits feature savory Jones Dairy Farm pork sausage patties brushed with a sweet and spicy honey-hot sauce, layered inside warm, fluffy biscuits. Easy to assemble and full of bold flavor, they’re a perfect grab-and-go option for school breakfast menus.
Ingredients
- 25 Jones Dairy Farm Pork Sausage Patties
- 25 biscuits, lower sodium
- 1/2 cup, 1 tsp. honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook sausage patties in oven on sheet pan for 10-12 minutes.
Warm biscuits according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Combine honey and hot sauce in mixing bowl, set aside.
Brush sausage patty with hot honey sauce.
Assemble sandwich: Bottom biscuit half, hot honey sausage patty, and biscuit top. Serve 1 biscuit sandwich per student.
