Ingredients

Broccoli, chopped

1 (12 oz.) package

Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon

Bell Pepper, orange

1 cup

Red Grapes, halved

1/2 cup

Pecans

1/4 cup

Red Onions, chopped finely

1/4 cup

Tahini (for the dressing)

1/4 cup

Lemon Juice

1/4 cup

Red Wine Vinegar

2 tablespoon

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Chop broccoli in small pieces, add to colander. Run hot water over broccoli. Allow to drain.

  2. Prepare salad dressing – add all ingredients to jar, shake well.

  3. Take drained broccoli, add to large serving bowl, toss with dressing. Refrigerate the until ready to serve.

  4. Slice bacon in small pieces, cook to package directions. Drain on paper towel. When ready to serve, top salad with all ingredients, toss.

  5. If preparing salad in advance – top dressed broccoli with bell peppers and grapes. Store bacon, red onion, and pecans separately. Add to the salad before serving.
