10 slices | Bacon, cooked and chopped into quarters |
1 | Red Onion, roughly chopped |
2 | Avocados, diced |
20 | Cherry Tomatoes |
Blue cheese or ranch dressing |

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste |

Stack 1 chunk lettuce, 2 pieces quartered bacon, a few slices onion, 1 piece avocado and 1 tomato to 4 or 6-inch skewer. Repeat to fill 19 more skewers.

Drizzle with dressing and season with black pepper to taste.
