Ingredients

1 head

Iceberg Lettuce, chopped into 20 bite-sized chunks

10 slices

Dry Aged Bacon, cooked and chopped into quarters

Red Onion, roughly chopped

Avocados, diced

Cherry Tomatoes

Blue cheese or ranch dressing

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Stack 1 chunk lettuce, 2 pieces quartered bacon, a few slices onion, 1 piece avocado and 1 tomato to 4 or 6-inch skewer. Repeat to fill 19 more skewers.

  2. Drizzle with dressing and season with black pepper to taste.
