Wedge Salad Skewers
Iceberg Lettuce, chopped into 20 bite-sized chunks
Dry Aged Bacon, cooked and chopped into quarters
Red Onion, roughly chopped
Blue cheese or ranch dressing
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Stack 1 chunk lettuce, 2 pieces quartered bacon, a few slices onion, 1 piece avocado and 1 tomato to 4 or 6-inch skewer. Repeat to fill 19 more skewers.
Drizzle with dressing and season with black pepper to taste.
