

Cheesy Buffalo Bacon Dip

Cheesy Buffalo and Bacon Dip is a bold, creamy appetizer featuring tangy buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and a blend of cheeses, all complemented by crispy Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon. Baked until bubbly, this crowd-pleasing dip is perfect for serving with pita chips, celery sticks, or corn chips at your next gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) package Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, diced
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup prepared ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.Spray a small serving dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook the bacon in medium skillet until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon to paper towel lined plate to cool.
In large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Reserve a few pieces of bacon for garnishing and stir rest of the bacon into mixture. Stir in the monterey jack and mozzarella. Reserve a few blue cheese crumbles for garnish and stir remaining into mixture. Transfer mixture to prepared dish. Bake until warm in middle and bubbly around edges.
Serve warm.
