4 | green onions, sliced |
12oz | broccoli slaw or coleslaw mix |
1/4 cup | soy sauce |
1 TBSP | sesame oil |
1 TSP | ground ginger |

Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add thawed roll sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain fat.
Add garlic and green onions and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until green onion is softened.
Add slaw, soy sauce, sesame oil and ground ginger. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until veggies are softened.
Divide into bowls and serve. Garnish with additional green onions.
