Puff Pastry Sausage Rolls

2 | Frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed |

1/4 cup | Mustard (either a sweet mustard or a Dijon) |

1 tablespoon | Everything seasoning |

Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
Cut each puff pastry sheet lengthwise.
Divide thawed sausage into four logs and place in the middle of the puff pastry.
Spoon a tablespoon of mustard along the edge or each sausage roll.
Brush the edge of each pastry sheet with an egg wash.
Carefully fold one long edge over the sausage and press to seal.
Cut each log into 6 pieces and transfer to parchment-lined baking sheets.
Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and sausage is cooked through.
