

Sausage Baked Brie
The Appetizer That Disappears Every Time
Say hello to your new favorite appetizer. Jones sausage roll is sautéed with brown sugar, walnuts, and rosemary to get a delicious topping to bake on-top of the brie. Grab some crostini and dig in!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (16 oz.) Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll, thawed
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
- 1 pound wheel of brie cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
Melt butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add sausage, break it up, and cook until no longer pink.
Add brown sugar, walnuts and rosemary and stir. Let sauce thicken for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, stirring consistently.
Prepare brie wheel by scoring the top and placing into small baking dish.
Add sausage topping to brie and bake for 16-18 minutes or until bubbling. Serve with crostini or pita chips.
