Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll, thawed

1/3 cup

Walnuts, chopped

3 tablespoons

Brown sugar

2 tablespoons

Rosemary, chopped

1 pound

Wheel of brie cheese


  1. Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. Melt butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add sausage, break it up, and cook until no longer pink.

  3. Add brown sugar, walnuts and rosemary and stir. Let sauce thicken for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, stirring consistently.

  4. Prepare brie wheel by scoring the top and placing into small baking dish.

  5. Add sausage topping to brie and bake for 16-18 minutes or until bubbling. Serve with crostini or pita chips.
