Philip Jones Named 2026 Wisconsin Titan 100

Jones Dairy Farm is proud to share that Chairman and CEO Philip Jones has been named a 2026 Wisconsin Titan 100, joining an elite group of business leaders recognized for their exceptional leadership, vision, and influence across the state.

The Titan 100 program honors Wisconsin’s top CEOs and C-level executives who are shaping the future of their industries and communities. Collectively, this year’s Titans employ more than 64,000 people and generate over $14 billion in annual revenue.

For Philip Jones, this recognition reflects more than personal achievement, it represents the strength of a company that has remained family-owned and operated for seven generations, guided by the same principles that have defined Jones Dairy Farm for nearly 137 years: quality, integrity, family ownership and doing things the right way.

“I’m deeply honored to be recognized as a Wisconsin Titan 100,” Philip said. “This distinction really reflects the collective effort of everyone at Jones Dairy Farm, our family, our employees, and our supply partners, who share a passion for doing things the right way. As a company, we’re proud to represent Wisconsin’s strong tradition of quality food craftsmanship, and even more proud to help nurture its future.”

Philip brings a rare combination of culinary expertise and business acumen to his leadership. A graduate of La Varenne, École de Cuisine in Paris and a former professional chef, he joined Jones Dairy Farm in 1991, holding various leadership roles before becoming President and CEO in 2001 and later Chairman and CEO in 2021.

Under his leadership, the company has seen continued growth and innovation, including new product development, expanded facilities, and the creation of modern resources like the Jones Culinary Center, Jones Retail Market, and photo studio. Through these advancements, the company has strengthened its ability to innovate, educate, and connect with customers while staying true to its heritage.

Philip’s leadership has also had a lasting impact beyond the walls of Jones Dairy Farm. A passionate supporter of culinary education, he has helped fund and name state-of-the-art training kitchens at Fox Valley Technical College, Madison College, and Blackhawk Technical College, while also establishing the largest endowed scholarship fund ever received by The Culinary Institute of America. Together, these efforts have supported more than 200 aspiring chefs and food professionals.

The 2026 Wisconsin Titan 100 honorees will be celebrated at an awards event on January 29, 2026, and featured in a special Titan 100 publication highlighting their contributions to Wisconsin’s business landscape.

For Jones Dairy Farm, this recognition underscores not just the legacy of one leader, but the shared values that continue to guide the company’s future, a commitment to excellence, family, and integrity in everything it does.
