Ingredients
- 1 Jones Dairy Farm Heritage Uncured Whole Ham
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon bourbon (substitute: apple juice)
- pinch of ground cloves
- whole cloves (optional)
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, bourbon (or apple juice), whole grain mustard, and a pinch of ground cloves.
Add more bourbon (or apple juice) as needed until you have a thick glaze.
Lightly score the fat on the ham and, if desired, stud with whole cloves.
Place ham in a baking dish, fat side up, and bake for 60 minutes at 325°F.
Brush glaze evenly over the ham and continue baking for an additional 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 125°F.
Rest briefly before slicing and serving.
