

Hot Honey Breakfast Sandwich
Sweet Heat on a Buttermilk Biscuit

Ingredients
- 4 Jones Dairy Farm Golden Brown Pork Sausage Patties
- 1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 4 slices white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
Directions
Bake biscuits according to package directions. Let cool.
Prepare sausage patties according to package instructions.
While sausage cooks, heat 1 tablespoon chili crisp and 1 teaspoon sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Spread mixture evenly on pan. Add two eggs and season with salt. Let cook undisturbed until the whites are set and yolk is cooked to desired doneness, at least 3-5 minutes. Repeat with remaining eggs.
Assemble sandwiches by layering a sausage patty, fried egg, and a slice of white cheddar on the bottom biscuit half. Top with arugula, drizzle with hot honey, and close with the top half.
