Crispy Chicken Meatballs in Steamed Bao Buns with Hoisin
These Meatball Bao Buns feature Jones Dairy Farm Chicken Meatballs, baked until crispy and nestled in fluffy steamed bao buns with Hoisin sauce, crisp cucumber, and fresh green onion. Perfect for a quick appetizer or flavorful meal, these Asian-inspired buns deliver the perfect balance of savory, sweet, and crunchy in every bite!
Ingredients
- 10 bao buns
- 30 Jones Dairy Farm Chicken Meatballs
- 1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup green onion, julienned
Directions
Place bao buns in a steaming unit and steam for 1 minute. Hold warm.
Put the meatballs on a half sheet pan and place them in a 400°F oven for approximately 7-9 minutes until crispy.
Place three meatballs in each bao bun and top with 1 tablespoon of Hoisin sauce.
Garnish each with cucumber and green onion.
