These Sausage Pancake Tacos combine savory Jones Dairy Farm pork sausage links with fluffy scrambled eggs, all tucked into warm buttermilk pancakes for a fun, handheld breakfast. Perfect for school foodservice, this recipe offers a kid-friendly twist on classic breakfast flavors.
Ingredients
- 50 Jones Dairy Farm Pork Sausage Links
- 50 1.3 oz. buttermilk pancakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook sausage links in oven on sheet pan for 10-12 minutes.
Cook scramble eggs in steamer for 20-25 minutes.
Heat pancakes in a warmer or convection oven at 175°F for 5 minutes.
Assemble pancake tacos: Place one sausage link and ½ oz. of scrambled eggs in each pancake. Serve 2 pancake tacos per student.
Note: Suggest offering syrup as a condiment to drizzle on top of each taco.
