

Whipped Feta Dip with Meatballs

Silky whipped feta blended with Greek yogurt, fresh lemon, garlic, and olive oil, topped with crushed pistachios and parsley — then finished with Jones Chicken Meatballs for a shareable appetizer that’s as easy to plate as it is to sell.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Jones Dairy Farm Chicken Meatballs
- 8 ounces feta, crumbled
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice & zest of lemon
- 2 tablespoons crushed pistachios
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Directions
Prepare meatballs according to package instructions.
Combine feta, yogurt, 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and garlic in a food processor or blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Add dip to serving bowl and top with additional olive oil, crushed pistachios and parsley.
