Preparation Instructions
Preheat conventional oven to 325°F. Place fully cooked boneless heritage ham into roasting pan, fat side up. Place a large piece of foil loosely over the top of pan, do not seal edges. Bake for 1 hour or until an internal temperature of 125° - 130°F is reached.
Place fully cooked boneless heritage ham into slow cooker, fat side up. Cook on low setting for 2 hours or to an internal temperature of 140°F.
Storage
Use within 7 days of opening. If freezing, keep frozen for no more than 3 months. Thaw under refrigeration. Use within 7 days after thawing.
