| 5 slices | brioche bread  |  
| 1/2 cup | pepper jelly  |  
chervil or parsley, for garnish  |

Directions

Place Braunschweiger, green onion, and parsley in food processor. Add butter and process until smooth. Place in a disposable pastry bag with a small star tip.

Using a 1 1/2″ round cutter, cut four rounds out of each slice of brioche.

Toast brioche in a 350°F oven until golden brown.

Place pepper jelly in a small disposable pastry bag.

Pipe Braunschweiger mixture on each brioche round.

Top with dollop of pepper jelly and garnish with chervil.
