Ingredients

Jones Dairy Farm Braunschweiger Liverwurst Chub, 4 ounces

1 (8 oz.) container

Mascarpone cheese (can sub in cream cheese for a thicker texture)

Fresh vegetables, such as celery, cucumbers, tiny tomatoes, carrots and/or bell pepper strips for dipping

Crackers or pita chips, optional for dipping

Chopped fresh parsley, to sprinkle on top

Directions

  1. Add ½ Jones Dairy Farm Braunschweiger Liverwurst Chub and mascarpone to a bowl. Using a handheld mixer, blend on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes.

  2. Spoon mousse onto a serving platter. Arrange vegetables and optional crackers/pita chips around the mousse. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
