Directions

  1. Without separating the rolls, slice the sheet of slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom half on a clean work surface or baking sheet.

  2. Spread mustard evenly over the cut sides of the rolls.

  3. Layer Braunschweiger slices evenly over the bottom half, then top with sliced onions.

  4. Replace the top half of the rolls.

  5. Cut into individual sliders and serve as is, or warm in a 350°F oven for 5–7 minutes if you prefer them slightly heated.
