Fully Loaded Cheesy Breakfast Casserole
Recipe by The Slow Roasted Italian.
Bacon, Sausage, Hash Browns, and Cheese in One Pan. Enough Said.
When we say fully loaded, we’re not joking. This gluten free casserole has all our favorite things: bacon, breakfast sausage, cheese and hash browns.
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll, thawed
- 1 28 oz. package frozen diced hash browns with peppers and onions, thawed
- 12 oz. Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter 9×13-inch baking pan.
In large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned, crumbling it with a spatula as it cooks.
Add hash browns, sausage, bacon and cheese to casserole dish. Toss to combine.
In large bowl combine eggs, milk, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk until completely combined. Pour egg mixture over hash brown mixture.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
To Make Ahead: Refrigerate overnight. Allow casserole to sit on counter for about 30 minutes before baking.

Made this so easy and so good
Truly delicious
I made this recipe for a brunch of about 15 people – I made one and a half of the recipe, with 2 additional eggs. That amount was able to serve everyone with a large serving. People loved it. Guests were scraping the bottom of the casserole dish to get the last of it. I baked it covered with foil and finished it under the broiler. I will make this recipe again.
Yummy I made it

EXCELLENT FOR COMPANY!
I made the full recipe for four of us. We ate half of it and will heat the rest for breakfast today. My company loved it! I cooked it for almost an hour at 350. Not sure if the altitude, the very thick baking dish or the hash browns weren’t completely thawed had anything to do with it. Also I cooked the meat and put together the egg mixture the night before, took the hash browns out of the freezer about half an hour before assembling in the morning. so everything was very cold when I put it together. I will try the method mentioned before, to cook covered and then under the broiler, and make sure the hash browns are completely thawed next time I make it. The comments from my company was it had very good flavor were looking forward to breakfast the next day!
