This Maple Sausage Microwave Pancake mixes mashed banana, pancake mix, protein powder, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a bowl, then microwaves in just 2 minutes. Top with diced Jones Golden Brown All Natural Chicken Sausage Links, Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of maple syrup for a protein-packed breakfast that requires almost no cleanup.
Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz.) package Jones Dairy Farm Golden Brown All Natural Chicken Sausage Links
- 1 banana, divided
- 1 cup pancake mix, divided
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, divided
- 1 cup milk, divided
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
- Optional Toppings: Greek yogurt and maple syrup
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat chicken sausage for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Dice into bite sized pieces.
Mash half a banana in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1/2 cup pancake mix, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Pour in 1/2 cup milk, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Whisk until well combined. Add half the diced chicken sausages to the top. Repeat with remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
Microwave each bowl for 2 minutes on high and let cool 5 minutes. Top with Greek yogurt and maple syrup.
