This Single Serve Sausage Breakfast Casserole is a hearty, oven-baked breakfast made with eggs, Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll, tender potatoes, and melted cheese. With minimal prep and a satisfying bake, it’s a comforting, protein-packed option when you want a warm, homemade breakfast — no leftovers required.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 ounces Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll, thawed if frozen
- 2-3 eggs
- shredded cheddar cheese, to liking
- shredded mozzarella cheese, to liking
- onion powder, to liking
- garlic powder, to liking
- salt and pepper, to liking
- fresh parsley, for garnish
- Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Add olive oil to a small baking dish. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
Garnish with parsley and parmesan and enjoy!
