Slice as suggested on package. Fry pork sausage over medium heat, turning occasionally, until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached. Cook thoroughly but avoid overcooking. Approximately 8-10 minutes if thawed, 10-12 minutes if frozen.

Thaw roll in refrigerator overnight. Over low-medium heat, break apart sausage with a spatula to crumble. Continue to stir and break down sausage to smaller pieces to allow for even browning. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F, roughly 6-8 minutes.

Storage

Keep frozen and use by date on package.
