Upside Down Sausage Tarts
Flaky, Cheesy, and Surprisingly Easy
These Upside Down Sausage Tarts are as impressive as they are simple. Jones Dairy Farm Golden Brown All Natural Pork Sausage Patties are topped with shredded Gruyere, fresh thyme, and a rectangle of puff pastry, then baked upside down until golden and flaky. They flip out beautifully and work just as well for brunch as they do for a party appetizer.
