Ingredients
- 8 eggs

I added about 2-3 TBSP of melted butter butter and put bacon (that I had already cooked) in from the start, plus some cooked peppers. Also had to adjust for my oven that cooks hot. It was my first ever omelette and it turned out really well! I made it for my moms birthday and she said she was very impressed. Bookmarking this one!
