

Bang Bang Air Fryer Meatballs

These Bang Bang Air Fryer Meatballs toss Jones No Antibiotics Ever Chicken Meatballs in a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce made with mayo, sweet Thai chili, sambal oelek, and rice vinegar. Serve over brown rice with air-fried broccoli for a bold, satisfying dinner that comes together in 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sambal oelek
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, sliced
- brown rice for serving
Directions
Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
Add the broccoli to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Use tongs to toss the broccoli and coat in the olive oil. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and toss to combine. Transfer to the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Add meatballs to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
While the meatballs cook, make the sauce. Combine mayo, chili sauce, sambal oelek, rice vinegar and 1/4 teaspoon salt in the same large bowl you used to mix the broccoli. Whisk to combine and season with salt and pepper.
When the meatballs are done cooking, transfer them to the sauce. Toss to combine.
Serve the meatballs over hot brown rice and cooked broccoli. Sprinkle with sliced green onions.
