These Bacon-Wrapped Tater Tots are the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer — crispy on the outside, melty with cheddar on the inside, and wrapped in savory Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon. Ingredients
- 24 tater tots
- 12 slices Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, cut in half
- 3 slices sharp cheddar cheese, each cut into 9 equal pieces (the length and width of a tater tot)
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425˚F.
Place a piece of cheese on each tot and roll one piece of bacon around it. Place on baking sheet seam side down. Repeat with all tots. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until bacon is browned.
For dipping sauce, combine sour cream, chives and black pepper. Serve tots warm with dipping sauce.
