This Eggs Benedict Casserole is a decadent, make-ahead breakfast dish with layers of English muffins and smoky Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon, and topped with warm hollandaise sauce for the perfect brunch centerpiece.

Ingredients

  • 6 English muffins, sliced in half and diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 12 ounces (2 packages) Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon, diced
  • 10 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar prepared hollandaise sauce
  • fresh chives and/or dash of paprika
