Leave a reviewOne of the easiest, healthiest, and great tasting recipe I’ve found online!
This is, by far, one of the easiest, healthiest, and great tasting recipe I’ve found online! Our first time trying the chicken sausage and it is delicious. We will continue to buy it. A great meal with some rice on the side to fill up your hungry eaters. Wonderful as is, also.
Turned out absolutely delicious
I never leave reviews, but decided to this time, as this turned out absolutely delicious. It was light but extremely flavorful. We made it with yellow rice as a side, which was perfect. The only thing I did differently was to separately cook the sausage whole and then cook the veggies. I cut the sausage up and added after the veggies were softened. Also, i sprinkled some Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning on the veggies. Great way to use summer squash from the garden and will definitely be in this summer’s rotation!
My husband LOVED it!
This came out absolutely delicious. I served it over yellow rice to add another dimension. The textures and the flavors were perfect. Cooking the shrimp separate and adding it at the end is a must. My husband LOVED it! It’s a great, healthy alternative that doesn’t feel restrictive and doesn’t take long to prepare.
