

Grilled French Toast & Sausage Kebabs
The Brunch Skewer That Works at the Campfire or the Backyard
These Grilled French Toast & Sausage Kebabs skewer cinnamon raisin bread and Jones All Natural Little Pork Sausage Links together, dip them in a vanilla-cinnamon egg custard, and grill until golden and cooked through. Serve with maple syrup for a fun brunch that works just as well at a campfire as it does at home.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 6 wooden skewers
- 6 Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Little Pork Sausage Links, halved
- 5 slices maple breakfast bread or raisin cinnamon, quartered
- maple syrup, for serving
Directions
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
In 9×13 casserole dish, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
Lay out skewers and add three slices bread and two sausage halves to each skewer.
Once skewers have been made, dip them on both sides in the egg mixture.
Add skewers to preheated grill and grill on both sides until toasted and sausages have been fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
Serve with maple syrup.
