6 cups | chicken broth |
12 oz. | cauliflower rice (can be frozen) |
6 cups | kale, roughly chopped |
1/4 cup | coconut cream |

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add turkey sausage; cook about 5 minutes or until browned.

Add the onions and cook until soft and translucent. Add garlic and seasonings; cook until fragrant. Add the broth, stirring to combine, and bring to a boil. Add cauliflower rice and simmer until softened, about 5 minutes.
