BLT Pizza
Your Favorite Sandwich, Now in Pizza Form
BLT Pizza takes everything you love about the classic sandwich and puts it on a pizza crust. Pizza dough is brushed with mayonnaise instead of tomato sauce, layered with Jones Dry Aged Bacon and shredded mozzarella, then baked at 450°F until golden. Fresh shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a final handful of crumbled bacon go on right before serving for a crisp, cool finish. This bacon pizza recipe serves six and comes together in just 30 minutes.

Really simple and tasted great!
This recipe was really simple and tasted great! I used a pizza dough mix, the directions said to bake on lower rack, 475 degrees for 5 minutes then add cheese and bacon, place in oven again. I was afraid my thin crust would burn so I reduced heat to 350 degrees. It seemed to work because the crust was not burnt. I did not put tomatoes on my half. My husband added pickles to his.
