Delicious & satisfying

This was delicious & satisfying without being heavy. I used store bought frozen cauliflower rice & broccoli florets. Chopped the broccoli a bit finer & let both the broccoli & cauliflower thaw. After mixing the egg, cream, parmesan cheese, etc, I combined everything together in a bowl before turning into baking dish. My guests appreciated the generous portions of veggies. And because there's no bread like in traditional breakfast casseroles, you can serve a nice bread on the side along with fresh fruit. I'm making this again.
