Grilled Cast Iron Skillet Bacon Hash
The Breakfast Hash That Tastes Better Made on the Grill
This Grilled Cast Iron Skillet Bacon Hash cooks crispy Jones Dry Aged Bacon and diced potatoes directly on the grill in a cast iron skillet, then folds in charred bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion. Crack in a few eggs, close the grill lid, and let everything finish together for a smoky, satisfying breakfast that tastes like it came from a campfire.
