Ingredients
- 1 Jones Dairy Farm Heritage Uncured Half Ham
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger (or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger)
Directions
Heat oven to 325°F.
Place the ham in a baking dish lined with foil, fat side up, and lightly score it in a crosshatch pattern. Bake for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, stir together apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and minced ginger.
Spread apricot glaze over ham and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 125°F.
