Ingredients
24 | Tater Tots |
12 slices | Bacon, cut in half |
3 slices | Sharp Cheddar Cheese, each cut into 9 equal pieces (the length and width of a tater tot) |
4 ounces | Sour Cream |
2 tablespoons | Chopped Chives |
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste |

Directions

Preheat oven to 425˚F.

Place a piece of cheese on each tot and roll one piece of bacon around it. Place on baking sheet seam side down. Repeat with all tots. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until bacon is browned.

For dipping sauce, combine sour cream, chives and black pepper. Serve tots warm with dipping sauce.
