Creamy Ham Filo Cups are an easy appetizer idea featuring a rich blend of cream cheese, cheddar, and diced Jones Dairy Farm Ham Slices in crisp, flaky filo shells. Perfect for entertaining, these savory bites highlight the smoky flavor of Jones Dairy Farm’s ham.
Ingredients
- 1 (1.9 oz) package frozen filo cups (15 count)
- 4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 green onions, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove filo cups from package and place on baking sheet.
In medium bowl with electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in cheddar cheese. Stir in ham pieces.
Fill each filo cup with cheese and ham mixture. Bake until hot, 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and top each cup with sliced green onions.
