

Mini Sausage Pancakes

Two Breakfast Favorites, One Irresistible Bite
These Sausage Pancake Bites are a fun, kid-friendly twist on two breakfast classics. Jones Dairy Farm Golden Brown All Natural Thick Cut Pork Patties and Turkey Sausage Links get coated in a simple homemade pancake batter and cooked until golden. Make them mini with the links or full-size with the patties, and serve with butter and maple syrup for dipping.
Ingredients
- 6-8 Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown Thick Cut Pork Patties
- 1 (5 oz.) box Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown Turkey Sausage Links
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
Directions
Cook the Jones Dairy Farm Thick Cut Sausage Patties and Links according to package directions.
Meanwhile, make your pancake batter. Mix flour, yogurt, milk, eggs, butter, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and salt in a medium bowl. Mix just until combined.
Heat skillet or griddle over medium heat. Melt additional butter in pan.
To make mini sausage pancakes, cut Turkey Links cut into bite-sized pieces, coat each piece with batter and cook on both sides until golden.
To make full size sausage pancakes, add a little batter to a warmed pan coated with butter, add a patty, then more batter on top. Cook through on both sides.
Serve with additional butter and maple syrup as desired.
