These are not your average pigs in a blanket. A delectable combination of savory sausage, rich cheese encased in a flaky puff pastry that can be served with a tangy maple mustard dipping sauce.

Directions
Heat oven to 400 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add sausage link to each puff pastry square. Top with mustard and a sprinkle of cheese. Roll up and seal.
Whisk egg and water in a small bowl. Brush egg wash over each dough square. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Serve alongside warm sausages in a blanket.
