

Slow Cooker Grape Jelly Meatballs
Four Ingredients, One Slow Cooker, Zero Complaints
These Slow Cooker Grape Jelly Meatballs combine Jones No Antibiotics Ever Homestyle Meatballs with grape jelly, tangy barbecue sauce, and an optional homemade tomato jam in a slow cooker for 3 to 4 hours. The result is sticky, savory-sweet meatballs that work equally well as a party appetizer or a weeknight dinner over rice.
Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) packages Jones Dairy Farm No Antibiotics Ever Homestyle Meatballs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup grape jelly
- Tomato Jam:
- 5 cups cherry or chunked whole tomatoes (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
Make the jam. Mix all ingredients in a large skillet over low heat. Simmer for 45-60 minutes until tomatoes are thick and jammy. It should coat the back of your spoon.
Make the meatballs. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover with lid and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours. To make on stove, simmer in a large Dutch oven over medium-low heat for 25-40 minutes.
Top meatballs with fresh chives and enjoy!
