Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) packages

Jones Dairy Farm No Antibiotics Ever Pork Meatballs

1 cup

barbecue sauce

1/2 cup

grape jelly

1/2 cup

tomato jam, optional (ingredients below)

Tomato Jam:

5 cups

cherry or chunked whole tomatoes (fresh or canned)

1/2 cup

brown sugar

1 tbsp

chili paste

1 teaspoon

kosher salt

Directions

  1. Make the jam. Mix all ingredients in a large skillet over low heat. Simmer for 45-60 minutes until tomatoes are thick and jammy. It should coat the back of your spoon.

  2. Make the meatballs. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover with lid and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours. To make on stove, simmer in a large Dutch oven over medium-low heat for 25-40 minutes.

  3. Top meatballs with fresh chives and enjoy!
