

Fried Ham and Cabbage Spring Rolls

These Ham Spring Rolls are filled with a savory mixture of Jones Dairy Farm Uncured No Sugar Ham, tender cabbage, and aromatic spices, all wrapped in a crispy shell. Perfectly fried to golden perfection and served with a tangy Thai chili sauce, these spring rolls offer a delicious twist on a classic appetizer.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cups Savoy cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1 1/2 cups Jones Dairy Farm Heritage Uncured Ham, diced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- 20 oz. vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 1/2 cup Thai chili sauce
Directions
Sweat cabbage, onion, garlic, and ham in vegetable oil until cabbage is tender.
Mix with sesame oil, soy sauce, and black pepper. Let cool.
Place approximately 1/4 cup of mixture in each spring roll wrapper and roll.
Fry in vegetable oil at 350°F until crispy and golden brown.
Serve with Thai chili sauce.
