BLT Tacos with Chipotle Ranch
The BLT That Became a Taco Night Staple
BLT Tacos with Chipotle Ranch swap the bread for flour tortillas and swap the mayo for a homemade chipotle ranch made with mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, and a minced chipotle in adobo. Crispy Jones Dry Aged Bacon, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes go in each tortilla, finished with a generous drizzle of the smoky, creamy sauce. This easy bacon taco recipe serves four and comes together in just 15 minutes — a fast taco night upgrade.
